We are a high welfare charcuterie producer based in Piccadilly Manchester.
We cure in batches concentrating on the ethics of the meat we use, while looking to constantly evolve and elevate our products, and produce intense flavour.
Our products pack a flavour punch, are to be served in small portions, taking months of careful production. It's meat to be savoured and enjoyed to the fullest, paying maximum respect to the animal.
